Lower Mitcham residence is nestled into a well-established inner suburb of Adelaide, with it’s eastern edge opening onto the Adelaide Foothills. The front façade consists of a classic white weatherboard material palette, paired with a prominent natural stone fence, grounding light and weighted materiality. The residence is oriented to optimize the northern aspect of the allotment, along with smart spatial planning of a curated central courtyard.
A series of multi-purpose spaces are considered into this contemporary design, providing functionality for a beautiful growing and evolving family. The thoughtful nature of the conceptual design creates a timeless Bianca Louise project.
